Terms of Service
Please read these terms before booking a safari or transfer with us.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have replied to your enquiry and agreed the date, time slot, vehicle and price with you. Please make sure the contact details you give us are correct.
Park Entrance Fees
National park entrance tickets are set by the Department of Wildlife Conservation and must be purchased at the park gate. They are separate from our jeep and guiding charges unless we agree otherwise in writing. We are happy to help you calculate the exact cost in LKR or USD.
Changes & Cancellations
Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change. Safari times may be adjusted because of weather, park regulations or road conditions. If the park is closed by the authorities, we will offer you an alternative date.
Wildlife Sightings
Yala and Udawalawe are wild places. While our guides do their best to find leopards, elephants and other animals, sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Safety & Conduct
- Follow your driver’s and guide’s instructions at all times.
- Stay inside the vehicle in the park unless told it is safe to get out.
- Do not feed, call or disturb the animals, and take all litter with you.
Liability
We operate licensed and insured vehicles and take every reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or for delays caused by events outside our control.
